Only two cars in the last 10 years...dont want to start listing all the cars before then
03 VW GTI 1.8T (13.6@100) was first real car I bought...dearly missed
07 Impala SS
have i posted in here before.......it was a 2004 Acura TSX. Loved the car, but my dream has always been a WRX
The WRX is number 20 on my list not counting my bike. Last one was a 1997 Jeep Wrangler. I loved it but it wasn't ideal for mileage on the daily driver.
92 Chevy Camaro
98 Pontiac Firebird
05 Nissan Frontier
00 Dodge Neon (free)
05 Hyundai Elantra
08 chevy express 2500 van-daily driver/work van
12 WRX base hatch (not so) daily driver. I call it my (not so) daily driver because its my daily driver that i hardly ever drive. I spend a good portion of my life in the van.
I currently drive a srt-4, but i have wanted a subie since i was 12 (currently 19). Hopefully after this summer of working i will be able to sell my car and buy a 04+ wrx
06 330xi BMW sport 6AT
08 350zNissan 6MT (totaled by left turner)
05 WRX Sedan 5MT
92 Mustang 5.0 GT 6MT Tremec
Current~ 2013 wrx 5dr limited 5MT
Wanted a WRX since I first saw a bug-eye back in the UK in 2003 or so.
Moved to the US and drove:
til 2004: '90 Miata (1.6 B package I think)
til 2012: '05 SRT-4
til 2013: '12 GTI 4 Dr DSG
Just traded the GTI on a base WRX and loving it, though the WRX interior, seats, stereo, doors, diffuser etc., all pretty much suck compared to the GTI, none of that actually matters. I think I can see this car being with me for the long-haul, like my SRT-4.
Currently have: 2012 WRX hatchback
1997 Dodge Ram 5.9L, never could kill that thing, cash for clunkers did.
2001 Nissan Pathfinder 3.5L 5spd Manual, great times mudding.
2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT 3.8 6spd. I hated it. I'm 6'5" so I didn't fit well and it's "wrong wheel drive".
I'm looking to pick up a late 80's RX7 for a cheap track car. Easy LS1 V8 swap!
-Alex- 2012 WRX 5dr / World Rally Blue / Stage 3+Stig
I sell Subarus in the Denver area!
First car was 05 Suzuki XL7. Then was the 07 Mustang GT ( loved that car ) and now I have the 05 wrx
Don't know if some of them really bare mentioning but, here goes....
'90 Nissan Sentra 2dr - 4spd manual with one factory option...a two speaker AM/FM radio/cassette deck.
'66 Ford Galaxie 500 2dr complete with a 390, C4, and single exhaust. It was a factory A/C car, and it had all the parts......In the trunk. It was my first project. Pic...
After I decided that I was no longer in a position to do to that car what it really needed, I bought a '96 Pontiac GP SE with the B4U wide body package. It looked nice with it's nice white paint with wheels to match, but it was nothing more than a shiny **** with two chairs....god was that a mistake.
My next one deserves honorable mention. '98 Ranger 4cyl, 5spd, slow as ****ing balls. I swear it got the same fuel econ even if I drove it with my foot to the floor (you had to if you wanted to move). I bought that truck (if you can really call it a truck) with just about 35,000 miles on it, and when I finally got rid of it the clock was just about done ticking at 180,000. I beat the ever loving piss out of that poor thing, but it took it all in stride like a good bitch, which is why it gets honorable mention.
'02 Ram - nothing special, Reg. cab, short bed, 2WD, 4.7L.
'07 Cobalt SS/SC. Now this one is the one I really miss, and I'm not sure why. It could be because I never got to 30,000 miles, which is when every single GM front drive platform that I've ever driven seems to develop that god awful annoying front end clunk/rattle, and you can never get rid of it. It was a fun little ****box. GM Stage 2, with an Injen CAI, and a Magnaflow exhaust that I spent probably way too much money on. It put down 235whp, and 208ftlbs on a Mustang dyno, which Ididn't think was all that bad for a girl's car. Pic...
'04 STi, my current car, and most loved.....I have plans for this one, which I can never seem to get to. Oh well, life happens I guess.
Team Bad Luck Scooby
It's a love/hate relationship...it cost me nothing (my dad died, and my mother wanted to keep a truck in the family), but has proven to be a much lesser vehicle than the Toyota truck that I had, years before. I do get 27-28mpg out of it, and as you said, it's crazy slow. I pull out in front of no one when I'm in it.

2002 Yamaha R6 (I feel like my car has the same spirit BTW)
2002 Chevy Silverado Z-71
2011 SWP 2.5i,
1st one just straight sucked by the time I ditched it on the way to LV. 2nd and 3rd were traded in on the 4th as part of a court deal because the R6 was VERY fun to ride! So much fun in fact, 4 cops thought they'd arrest me because it was so awesome and also because they said I was endangering others. 5th was OK but, I commute 70 per day and I was tired of being the turtle on the road while making payments that were essentially what I pay for my WRX now.
Last, I freaking LOVE my 10' SSM WRX Hatch.....and between my wife and I we've had 5 Subarus since 2005.
