wow, half a year old thread poped up again...

i'm 17 years old, pay for the car payment, insurance, gas, and food.
Basically... My life = working, working, and paying for a car. And the extra money i have left over goes to mods

im 19 and pay for everything i got the car a few months ago i have an 02 suby wagon but its under my 45 yr old mothers name whos never been in an accident so i only pay 400 a month for the car and insurance and i work at best buy making 8.08 an hour which is my highest paying job so far and i also pay for my school and try to buy mods but unfortunately i bought up/down pipes and now im in a $1200 debt for a 250 dollar mod....its weird how it happened but i now have a little more power

Anywayz.. I'm 23 with a Wife 22, 5 yrs.old boy, a 18 months boy and we live in an apartment.
At 17 got me a 90 CRX Si- Rip
At 18 got me a 00 Civci Si-Rip
At 21 got me a 02 Civic Si
At 23 got me a 05 WRX STi( Wife helps with the payment- I pay INS)
None of OUR PARENTS help to pay for ANYTHING that we have.
For all you Spoild Punks out there! You are very LUCKY! to have Parents like that.

I'm 23 got a ok job. I owned a 2000 celica at 20 paid it off in a year. Put down 8000 on a 03 wrx I just bought with 13k on it. And my payments are 206 a month. I pay insurance also.

I worked for everything I got, no free hand outs from the parents here.

Yeah, my WRX is my first new car ever...and I'm 38, too!

Kinda sucks having to wait so long for a real fun car, but I have a wife and kids and a house so there were other priorities.

I also have an '83 RX-7 & a '90 Maxima.

I noticed by the poll that there are others older than me! Yay!

the way i look at it, half of your life your parents buy you things, then the other half, you buy them things. i've already started that. bought my grandpa sirius radio this past sunday.
