No wink feature

I don't know why I thought about this driving to work in the weeeee hours of the morning this am. The WRX doesn't have the wink feature!!

On my 05' STi you could pull the indicator lever backward half way and it would light up the right high beam only. It was on all of the STi models, it was so you could read street signs at night and not blind on coming traffic.

I tried it this morning in the 16' WRX and nothing. Does anyone know is any of the new model STi's still have this feature?

It was one of those stupid things that would always make me laugh.

LOL, my younger kid (14, nearly 15) will be driving our Outback, and I took her out to drive, the other night. I decided to explain that button on the top of the steering column that links the headlights to the ignition switch, so she didn't accidentally hit it and run down her battery, when turning the car off for the night. Quirky Subaru thing, indeed.
