Its not about ego. Its common sense and alot of training.

My brain isnt programed to be someones bitch. Feel free to hope he doesnt shoot you after he takes your keys.

I train 3 times a week with various firearms. I keeo my prinary weapon on the same side as my keys and wallet. That way if i can grab my keys i can also grab my firearm. Since i dont have to come to a full draw in order to hit a target at 5-10 yards i know for a fact i can take him out before he takes a shot.

Its not an ego if its based off of training. An untrained crack head stands little chance against someone who is proficient with firearms, it is a proven fact.

Also, if im in the vehicle they come up to my window then they are royaly screwed. I keep my backup next to the seat belt clip, my primary on my right side, and my wife has her pistol as well.

I spent 5 years as a firearms instructor and 9 years in the Marines so its not egotistical to say i can outshoot an untrained crackhead. Hell my 6 year okd cousin is better trained then them.

Then theres the fact that they can easily shoot me anyway after i give them my car. After shooting me whos to say they wont also kill my wife. So feel free to let some meth head decide your fate. As for me ill be thankful that your tax dollars trained me well enough to protect my family.

Fun fact, ive been held at gun point twice in my life. Guess what? Im still alive. Now thats tax dollars ard at work

Mike0341, this is not your thread. I suggest you take a step back and take a deep breath.

Im not trying to hijack it. Some guy comes in here and his very first post ever is against something i say and its kind of annoying sorry.

If he wanted to have a conversation against my philosophy of life then he could have started a new thread.

    Anyway.. back on topic..

Im 5 miles away from 1k miles and loving it. Did you get an oil change after you hit 1k or are you going to wait a while. Im thinking of heading over there tomorrow and swapping out the break in oil.

I love this car, I had a 2010 premium wagon and this car is a totally different world, first of all I picked up a wr blue 2015 limited without the Harmon kardon system and so far I've put 500 miles on it and I will say that the transmission on this knew one is amazing compared to the old model, the 6 SPd actually feels like its in the gear you get the click confirmation that it's in the right spot and far enough into gear, I have been constantly getting about 27 mpg since purchase at 5 miles, the car doesn't sway into turns , when you turn it dives in and wants more, the car is amazing around turns, now since I'm still on break in period I've only really stepped on it gently and man it has some get up, the curve on this thing is great the boost hits early and has constant boost til when I let off around the 6k range, I had a 400whp 380wtq Wrx before and I'm a little curious how this turbo plays out, I want to throw more boost to in about a 1k miles( supporting mods as well): now for the interior, crazy step up from the old one with perforated black leather with red stitching it's not at all over done which is what I was scared of after seeing the pics of the sti with the blue, the seats are comfy, supportive to hold in seat for turns but not adding a 4pt to these may be a little rough when some wider wheel setup gets installed. The radio has xm and a backup camera so why change the radio, just gonna add a 4channel amp to the speakers and see what it sounds like, most subarus have decent speakers just the radio is underpowered. So as of now I must agree with everyone else and it is by far the best Wrx ever, factory made of course.
