whats up all,
have a 12 hatch limited and 3 lines on the rear window defroster are broken. while the rest of them work, two of the broken lines are directly in the middle of the window and the 3rd broken line is the bottom one that the rear wiper rests on so fml. i bought it back in august and just noticed the problem recently as it has been snowing in michigan. its a CPO vehicle and i purchased the 7 year gold warranty. my question is has anyone had experience with making warranty claims, do's, don'ts if i decide to talk to my dealership about it.
