Then go wherever you'd like. As I outlined in the thread I linked to, without initial baseline runs, it's not really all that helpful other than to admire the curves. That said, your tune was done on the road, so the graphs may not look as nice as those done on the dyno (but tunes are usually finished up on the road afterwards anyway). If you're just looking for an idea of power output, load a datalog run into Romraider, Virtual Dyno, or Airboy and save your money.

When I drove in Cobb Stage 2 91 ACN map, I was 201.3HP@5250 rpm, 223.2TQ@3250 rpm to the wheels.

When I left Protuned Stage 2, I was at 239.9hp@6000 rpm, 289.8tq@3250 rpm, to the wheels.

Usually with a mustang dyno and an AWD car, a 15%-20% correction factor for drivetrain losses is within the realm of acceptable. So if you want to know what your Crank HP (what the magazines use and MFG's rate from factory) is, multiple what you got by 1.15-1.20.

So at 15% correction factor I rolled in at 231.5 hp, 256.7 tq.

    I rolled out at 275.885hp, 333.27tq.

    At 20%, I rolled in at 241.56hp, 267.84tq.

    I rolled out at 287.88 hp, 347.76tq.

I just tell people the wheel numbers and that it was on a Mustang. People are more than familiar with the reputation of the mustang.
So being that those numbers were from a mustang dyno do you feel your numbers are "true" whp? I understand a dyno jet is a dyno jet and a mustang is a mustang. Did you prefer a mustang rather then another dyno?

There is no "true whp". Your car puts down what it puts down on that dyno, that day, under those particular conditions. The one thing you can do is go to a track and see what kind of trap speeds you get, which give additional information.

How close do you think these numbers are to a "real" dyno?

So we ended up going to the dyno. It was a neat experience for my buddy and I. My best run was a 311whp and 334tq. His best run was a 306whp and 312tq
