    turbo problems?

    i have a 2004 wrx my boost meter reads -.05 most of the time never goes higher then +1.0 is this normal or is there a possible problem? i have never owned a turbo before and i just got this car used any help will be great.

    Does getting into boost put a smile on your face? personally, 1 PSI wouldn't, but 1 bar should.
