    Lol I have an 06 Wrx and have 164000 miles on it taken it to the dealer from day one and I've out lasted a lot of people they know what they are doing they are trained they are not back yard mechanics lol

    ive been changing mine since my first car, quicker, piece of mind knowing the oil is correct weigh/amount, no foreign object debris in my oil filter, funnel. I check my oil randomly but when its all drained out i measure what was in just to see. Also i always pour some oil into the oilfilter and lube up around the oring, new crush washer each time. Simple task, easy to do. But since leased idk what your terms are with warranty and service so check that first before doing it. But after bad service from the Subaru dealer and another dealer i went to before on another car, i rather do it myself.
