Can someone post the RPM differences with the WRX 5 spd and WRX STI 6 spd at:
60 MPH - RPM = ?
70 MPH - RPM = ?
(Flat road cruising speed)

You never said what year model.. 07+ STi isn't on that chart and has longer 1-4.
1st - 3.636
2nd - 2.235
3rd - 1.521
4th - 1.137
5th - 0.971
6th - 0.756

MainFrame, my bad, should have posted later yrs, '10 and up for both models...thanks again...
what are you trying to compare exactly? the sti revs higher(albeit slightly) in 6th gear than a wrx does in 5th given the same speed. this is due to 6th gear being shorter than the wrx's 5th gear. are you concerned about fuel economy? noise?
2011 wrx.....60 at 6000 RPM (in second gear, hahahaha)
