That is most likely oil blow-by. PCV system sucks, especially when you turn up the boost. I would highly recommend getting an AOS, even at just Stage 2. Is there oil in the BPV as well?

Yesterday morning drove over to a buddies house from a local subie forum and had my downpipe installed. Damn, it sounds nice. I love how it is so throaty when I get on the gas, and I can definitely feel a power increase in stage 2. Next mods should most-likely be some sways and endlinks.
Anyhow, While installing the downpipe, we had noticed that the hoses/piping on the TMIC is coated in what my buddy said was "unspent fuel and oil". This has me worried, but I really don't know much. It almost looked like a light brown gooey substance.

Did some thinking, and I've came to a conclusion. My buddy thinks that when my first motor blew, that was a result, and the dealership just never cleaned the hoses. (They left 2 chunks of the valve lock's in my oil pan). So hopefully that is what it is, but I will be ordering a AOS at the end of this week!

Removing and plugging the pcv was tough for me. I thought it was a tight spot to work in, but maybe I'm just retarded.

AOS!!! I'm in the exact same situation, first motor blew and after 7 months of argueing with the car broken I got them to pay for it but I had to install it, and I'm having the same blow by as before. Keep an eye on your oil level until you can get a separator.
Yes. It blew at 6k miles. I'm sure you could come across the thread on this forum, unless I'm lucky enough that it was taken down.
So I decided I will be ordering an AOS or catchcan with my Christmas money, can anyone help me decide whether a catch can, or AOS is better for me? (not sure if they are the same thing with a different name, I don't know a thing about them, brands, etc.)
Suggestions please!
You'll be okay with the Grimmspeed AOS.
