lol...I've done it a hundred times and still haven't found an easy way to get at them. I'm just gonna pull the motor every time from now on.
My point is it takes longer to do the clutch job without draining the oil.

@ the spark plug thing... I never had an issue changing the spark plugs on a suby. Maybe you need to take some classes on how to fix cars.
^ FYI, that was just a joke. :P

I always drain the oil anyway because maintenance. Also, I never said I had an issue, I just said there is no easy way to get at them. If you didn't have to remove the battery it would be 1000 times easier.

You bump into a pole, because you are admiring your parked car walking backwards.

You cringe when hail is in the forecast and do anything possible to protect it if you don't own a garage. Luckily, I do

You know you're a WRX owner when you record 2.30 minutes of video of your motor running and don't notice the time fly by

You know you are a WRX owner when you get the death stare from your neighbors for starting you car when they're still sleeping.

I've got my "loud" catback on the car, right now...pretty sure my whole neighborhood hates me, right now. I'm trying to keep the revs down, 'til I'm out on the main road.
But the buggy is way louder.

My aftermarket catback is pretty quiet once the car warms up. But on start up it is pretty loud especially when the only other sound around is the birds chirping. I blip the throttle to bring the rpms down. Quiets it down a little.

When I had the Q300 on the other hand ,would wake up the dead.

My only relief is the guy next door has a Z that is as loud if not louder than my car & we mostly leave at the same time.

PS- a thread on the topic by someone with a similar predicament.
