Alright, I was just wondering if anybody has any input on whether it would be worth putting avcs in a 05 wrx with no avcs. Would it be a hassle to do so, and would it be well worth the time and money that would be put in to the modification?

You mean like a complete ej257 long block swap? At the very minimum you would need the heads, wiring harness, and ECU, and at that point you might as well swap the whole motor (would probably be less headache to just buy a new car). You can make just as much power with less headaches using non-AVCS heads, so in my opinion it's not worth it. I guess it depends on exactly what you're wanting to do with the car, but I can't see many scenarios where it would make sense.

AVCS offers benefits to spool time thereby broadening the power curve, but overall I'd say it absolutely isn't worth it. You can get better performance out of a properly built engine, including aftermarket cams of appropriate sizing, with a well matched turbo.

    No.

If you list your current mods we can make far better suggestions.

Goodness no. AVCS will give you a touch better spool and a few ft-lbs of torque down low, but you'll get better torque and better spool by bumping to a 9:1 CR with a 2.5L Hybrid motor.
