You mean like a complete ej257 long block swap? At the very minimum you would need the heads, wiring harness, and ECU, and at that point you might as well swap the whole motor (would probably be less headache to just buy a new car). You can make just as much power with less headaches using non-AVCS heads, so in my opinion it's not worth it. I guess it depends on exactly what you're wanting to do with the car, but I can't see many scenarios where it would make sense.
