    I like the plot line.

    Kid gets in trouble for street racing -> parents send him and his ridiculously powerful STi to go live with former NASCAR racing dad.

    Makes sense to me.

    That part makes some sense, but if that were my kid, first order of business would be sell STi -> buy 15 year old Ford Taurus or something.
