Thanks! It was a fun project, but definitely made easier because I bought the wheels with no tires mounted.

wow SamXP those look great, i have some questions for you about these rims, I'm assuming these are 17inch from the year of your wrx, i also found the same legacy GT rims but in a 16 inch 5 bolt 100mm pattern, will these fit on my 2002 wrx?

Pretty sure they are all 16in, 5x100.

Argh, 15mm spacers won't fit. Not enough room in the voids in the Snowflakes between the lug holes. Either need to think about 25mm or go with the replacement studs (which doesn't sound like a fun project)

I ended up getting the same setup for my '11 Sedan. My dad painted the wheels using an etching primer, Grimmspeed gold paint, and a wheel clear coat.

I also ended up with the exact same tire, 205/60 General Altimax Arctic. I was going to get Firestone Winterforces but they didn't have them.

Same wheels here for my '11 hatch (though not painted........yet)... I did not need spacers. Why do you need spacers?

    I'm running 215/55 size though

Just for a little better aesthetics and widen the track a little more. If you notice those Leggy wheels are narrower than OEM wheels, so they don't fill out the wheel well as much.
