"The man, who refused to give his name, was looking at real estate in Galveston.
About 3 p.m. a low-flying pelican distracted him as he traveled north on Interstate 45 just south of the hurricane levee near Omega Bay.
The man jerked the wheel, dropped his cell phone, and the car's front tire left the frontage road and entered a muddy patch, which foiled his attempt to maneuver away from the lagoon."
you can spend all the $ you want,if only these cars came with STUPID CONTROL

[QUOTE=zax;2663432]Once upon a time (2002) I was on a mission to find the "perfectly well-rounded car." This car had to be decent in all of the following departments:
1. Handling
2. Acceleration
3. Versatility (this is the DD factor, 4 doors, 5 passengers, cargo volume)
4. Fuel economy (keep in mind, back in 2002 25 mpg highway was excellent)
5. Navigation in inclement conditions; snow, gravel, dirt, etc.
6. Reliability
/QUOTE]
Add " ease of power gain" to that list and you pretty much have a point to point match for why I got my WRX. Plus it fell perfectly in my price range at the time. This is my first subbie, but sure as hell won't be my last.
One day I'll have a truly awesome sig
