    You mean stock? From what I remember from Cobb's map notes there is no governor (manual transmission); boost control shuts down at 130 mph. I am fairly certain there is an actual governor on the the automatic transmission equipped WRX.

    I'll see if I can find that file ... here is the quote:

    "The "Speed Limiter", which in reality just turns off boost control above 130mph,
    is removed."
