Haha nope, all running good. Just practicing my hyper-miler techniques. Don't go over 3,000 rpm unless absolutely needed and stay out of boost!

Awesome find and a well thought out list of first mods. You may find when going to stage 2 that your clutch is getting tired. Here's the kit I bought after much research. STi & WRX Performance Parts: Exedy Clutch & ACT Streetlite Flywheel Combo, WRX 2.0L (SAVE $50.50!!)

The only thing I would do differently is keep a stock weight flywheel instead of the "streetlight" option. It makes for lots of off-throttle whine and chatter.
I've been stage 2 for ~1 month now, and this is exactly the case. Minor slippage here and there...can smell it after some hard 1-3 gear runs. It should be fine until spring without beating on it (when the daily becomes the IS 350 again), and I'm planning on going with the ACT street clutch and stock fly. I'll probably go ahead and do all the belts, pulleys, pump, plugs, trans and diff flush then too as it'll be getting close to the 200k mark.

    New progress:
    full 3" turbo-back (cat less)
    Cobb AP
    Kuhmo Ecsta 4x's
    DIY 1/8" aluminum skid plate
...still need to install a ton of different bushings sitting in the garage and will be making the switch to Rotella T6 this weekend (had no clue about the M1!)

    179k and loving it!

    02 Wagon, 174k.
Bought 11/08 with 119k, stock with factory gauge pod and STi Ti knob (FS, BTW).
Minor enhancements since, about to replace shocks & springs!

You can't blame a compass for pointing north.
'02 Wagon, modestly modded for now.

03 WRX - 162k. Required a lot of work lately...a bit bummed. Hopefully not my DD for much longer. Here's what I've replaced this month.

    -Heater blower/resistor
    -Radiator/hoses
    -Fan control unit
    -Water Pump

Got off the interstate on ramp at full boost this morning.....totally worth it all.
