Easy going city driving, 18-19 mpg. Floor it from light to light (I don't actually do it, just for comparison purposes), 18-19 mpg.
Is this what it's going to be like for me once my new motor is in there?

My usual fillup is about 13 gallons worth, so about $38 or so, at the 93 octane pricing that I saw today while driving about.

Is that 99oct RON? The US uses (R+M)/2 which results in a lower number for the same effective octane.

One thing I didn't see in here was adding the STI underbody panels and diffuser, I did those to my wagon and saw 1-2mpg increase on the freeway.

I didn't mention it.. but it does go along with all of the aerodynamics section... And I don't have any direct experience that I was able to test, so I didn't want to falsely present any information on it.

    Appreciate the read though!

I've maxed for a 50 mile stretch at 35.6mpg... that's very maximum, trying my hardest to see what I could get with perfect traffic conditions.

Normally about 28mpg is what I get highway with normal (normal for me... lol) driving.

It doesn't matter how big the tank is - just fill it up & reset your trip. Next time you get gas fill it up and that is the amount of gas you used to go what it says on your trip.

+1. That's really the best guesstimate. If you can, use the same pump each time and you'll get a slightly more accurate guesstimate.
