keyless entry

ok so i have an 04 wrx with a stock subaru keyless remote with the one orange and one blue buttons. my mother has an 02 outback wagon with the same keyless remote. she doesnt need her perfectly functional remotes because she has a car starter that came with 2 more remotes. i found instructions on how to program my car to one of her remotes and it worked great BUT now that one remote works for both vehicles. is there anyway to deprogram a remote from one vehicle?

There are 4 slots in the computer for remotes. You need to install the new remotes a couple of more times to remove the old ones not in use. Dig?

That may not be possible since the aftermarket system is likely completely separate from the stock Subaru system. I am not sure if you can actually clear all the remotes, or maybe leave one associated with the Outback. Your other option would be to unplug the factory security system since it isn't doing anything anymore (and I have no idea where this is in an Outback.
