Thumbs up Sti goes back to sedan for 2010

It's seems that the sti is taking a break for 09, letting the hatchback die with dignity. The supposed design for 2010 is going back to the previous body style. hooray!!!

That is a shame The hatch is the better body choice, particularly for a performance oriented rally inspired car.

I dont think so, everyone said that it was to heavy in the front. the sedan was better balanced.

    Proof?

I'd prefer a sedan personally, but as hatches go the sti is/was pretty nice looking.

How have sales of the sti hatch been?

It seems to me that given Americas usual dislike of premium priced hatches that it would have meant a sales drop.

don't say such things! what would their commercials possibly be about now?

i hate to say it, but love is not what makes a subaru a subaru. sitting in the driveway making big motor noises with your mouth pretending your in a rally car is what makes a subaru a subaru.

A credible source that works at a dealership? There is no such thing. People that are credible don't work at dealers..... What exactly does a "big shot" do at a dealership?
