this is what i meant. not so much what happens during/after comnbustion

this is a theory that has been debunked long ago , as you will see if you read the NASIOC thread. Don't make me post up quotes-- just read the thread. A bov literally does the same thing that you stock bpv does, the only issue is the slight rich condition it causes because the WRX is a MAF sensored car.

instead of saying everthing is bad for ur car u should go and get it tuned you know they can do this now with computers. No mod to make ur car better is gonna make it bad if u dont get it tuned . Tune it befor u go and take it off.Just like a cold air intake nothings better for ur car then cold air to ur engine it may run rice but get it tuned and you will never get the hp that the boxs says u will.

Not all EM solutions can tune for a BOV (Cobb/Enginuity included) - read the FAQ I posted earlier.

Most people just opt for a blow through pipe which puts the BOV pre-MAF sensor. Then you can run VTA until you are blue in the face with no issues.

    This made me clamf.

Life's going to be interesting, if you have to isolate 4 good reasons not to do every goofy thing. One good reason is usually good enough for me.

I was gonna say it as well. BOV are for ricers and SRT-4 drivers. The only sound people should be hearing is the rumble of your boxer engine.

Plus, it's easier to beat an Evo 8 than a 9. If you're referencing running them stock.
Sooo true. When i read what you said it touch me deep man.
