The sedan versus hatch debate adds up to a great big MEH with me. It's all about the driving experience, baby. A hatch does make it a bit easier for me to toss in large items once in a while, but now that I have access to a minivan it's not as big a deal.

Oh I know, I'm sure I got my share of flames in my first 100 posts. I just never heard that they discontinued the sedan. Kind of makes brings me down, I always wanted an STi in the future, but I’m not a fan of buying a used one. Also not a wagon fan, I do admit they are definitely useful for cargo. Well who knows anything can happen, the Camaro returned, hopefully Subaru will surprise us in a few years with a sedan. Until then I see a project in my current wrx after i get my house, and some more cash.

Just a test drive, and it's an SPT intake...probably being tested.

you took the words out of my mouth. i always dreamed of a 09 or 10 sti, but if they dont bring the sedan back then that will definetly not be happening. sorry but the wagon just does not look sporty enough. reminds me of the stupid civic si's.
    +1 about the camaro

Looks good in red. I'm still not a big fan of the taillights, but the car as a whole is very appealing, IMO. I prefer the hatch to the sedan as the body style for the new STI. It just seems more appropriate.

Yah, I'm feeling the same way... I'll be getting an 06/07 STi.

I like my Forester STi though... its just a STi should be a Sedan. Thats how they came...

Well, for a flagship model like a Legacy STI, I agree - it should be a sedan. But for the Impreza, the hatch is a good fit with the rally image, IMO.

A very expensive hatchback. I really wish I was into hatchbacks because that interior is choice.
