GrimmSpeed Battery Tie Down Product Release - Opposing Piston Pride!

Show your Boxer Pride with our brand new Battery Tie Down.

    http://www.grimmspeed.cm/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=91&products_id=255

    • Individually Hand Painted
    • Fits all Subaru models and Scion FR-S
(Impreza, WRX, STi, Legacy, Forester, Baja, BRZ)
    • CNC Milled 6061 Billet Aluminum
    • CNC Milled GrimmSpeed Logo

Clean up that engine bay and show your boxer pride with our new Battery Tie Down. We started out with a block of 6061 Aluminum, threw in a bunch of CNC Milling time, dropped it in the anodizing tank for a custom matte finish, and then on top of that we found an expert painter to individually hand paint the red into each GrimmSpeed Battery Tie Down! Yes, its that cool.

Showing our Boxer Pride around the world, it's what you can expect from GrimmSpeed®

I actually need a battery tie-down. My stock one is quite corroded from a battery leak before I owned the car. I need a whole new assembly with the brackets and wing nuts, though.

You can get the assembly from your local dealer or check an auto parts place near you, they might have something that fits.

Guys, ClubWRX is a free market environment. If people don't like the price or their branding on the product, they will simply not buy it, and that will be the end of it. Cleaning up the thread. Please allow our paying vendors to take advantage of their status.

    Thanks!

I guess I missed something? Price is pretty much based off machining time. Our battery tie down has far more machining time in it than probably any other on the market. That combined with a hand painted red logo(which is inset into a machined logo) is why the price is the way it is. If you look around at other prices, sure its near the top but not that much. I can all but guarantee we are making less on this part than most other manufacturers are on their tie downs.

I'd buy two if I could figure out how to mount'em just to have all four pistons. Maybe a smooth wrx/STi in the middle?
