    Removing muffler from invidia exhaust

    i have a invidia catted downpipe, cobb tuning, aem intake, invidia full exhaust with mufflers, i want to take the mufflers off and replace it with pipe and still leave the little tips on, anyone got any suggestions or comments to this or opinions??? i want a louder meaner raspeir sound

    It's possible. Talk to an exhaust shop. It'd have to be a custom design. It'd probably make more sense to just have them fab up a straight pipe setup, and you sell the catback since someone else would probably want the muffler.

    We used just a straight pipe to modify our Invidia Race Exhaust from the axle back section.

    I spent 50 bucks on a straight pipe from the where the stock mufflers were and thats with stock pipe size and stock exhaust.. The sound is amazing. You run straight pipes off that bigger after market exhaust I bet it would sound amazing.. Should post a before and after vid!
