    06 stock wrx boost

    i have a stock 06 wrx... i have a boost gauge... my car is fast and i dont feel a loss in power but the boost gauge only goes up to 5 psi and stops there...im wondering if the boost gauge is broken or if im loosing power... its the factory one it came with the car... HELP ME

    im pretty sure stock boost is 11.6 psi so i mean if you car seems fast then i doubt you are lossin boost. because only running on 5psi will make your car a whole hell of a lot slower. your best bet is to look at the gauge. any leaks? bad connections?

    Are you saying that the OEM boost gauge sweeps to .03MPa?

    The gauge says 0 |||| .05 |||| .1 |||| .15 MPa (not Psi)
    .07 MPa = 11 Psi

    Target Boost is 11.x in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th. 1st gear is only like 8 psi.

    I figured you were interpreting MPa as PSI.

    FTR you can source a gauge that reads in PSI and simply swap out the stocker from Omori meter. If you are gonna keep the stock pod take a look at the 45mm gauges.

    www.j-spectuning.com has them

    huh?

    When I boguht my 06 wrx new i didnt have no boost gauge with it and i thought the stock boost was 9psi on the 06 wrx stock.....Where is this 13.5 psi observation coming from link please
