    It was!!! A blast. I have built 4 other cars at this stage also and they love theirs. Mine is sadly being taken back to stock this week and sold off soon though.

    Dan, that TXS baseline is notoriously low. Everyone knows that. My friend made 193/193 with 50K miles. Most people make btwn 175-185 stock. 165 is rediculous.

    Well I made my runs on the same dyno as that base car and have seen others lay down about the same. As for my car, personal stuff has come up and I have no time to mess with it at all. I have another car I'm using for now and I'd rather spend that money and buy my little brother a car which he desperately needs. Anyone want a used WRX cheap?

    FWIW, my car put 173 to the wheels in Denver (5500 feet or so). That was on the same type of dyno that TurboXS uses.

    I may be wrong, but I do believe that the way they set up the dyno and cooling fans and temperature in the bay all have some effect on the HP numbers, so it will be hard to get a definite answer on this one.
