Anyone has a sound clip of the Greddy SP2 or EVO2 or Gram Lights on an STI. I've heard the EVO2 on WRX and it's pretty good. Anyone? Thanks

Speaking from experience (rode in my friend's car with that setup), u can hear the turbo spool easier, but performance wise, you won't feel much of a difference. The stock catback is very restrictive. Back when I only had just a catback, I smoked my friend with his setup (helix up/dp/stock catback). He has an auto though. Outside, it sounds exactly what the other guy said, like stock, but probably 1 dB louder

Perrin
Perrin 3" High-flow catted Downpipe
Perrin Dual-Tube Single Tip Catback Highest rev reached in the clip is 5000 rpm. The exhaust was recorded about 4 feet away. http://www.zshare.net/audio/perrin_d...ed_dp-wav.html

Due to a 10k character size limitation for a post, I cannot list all possible exhaust mods on the first post. All exhaust mods such as a specific brand of downpipe or uppipe will now be generalized as TBE or possibly just the catback only listed as the list grows larger.
Every character in a website link counts as 1 character, so longer website links will take up more space. |

I recently added an Invidia downpipe w/split bellmouth and catalytic converter + Worx Tuning catback to my 2004 STi. I love the sound!
