I had the helix catback, but it made my ears bleed. I converted to hush.

Off with the GReddy SP2 and on with the Helix

My GReddy has a great tone but it is to quiet. After work I am swapping it with a Helix cat back. It should sound pretty sweet with one cat in place.

I understand that when cat less there very loud hopefully with one cat, it will sound perfect.

BTW, does the silencer really quiet it down when needed?

Once your helix cat-back is on can uou post some pics with the exhaust on your subie? I'm planning on getting a helix and i was just wondering how it would like. Also why did you chose the helix over other cat-back exhausts?

I still think your Helix will be too loud even with one cat in place. But, let us know how loud it is after a week or so of driving.

Maybe next time try an Hks Hi Power if you don't mind the angled look.

Well it's on & it's awesome. Loud but the sound makes it worth it. It has an angled tip but not as angled as the HKS.

It sounds perfect with the one cat, hopefully I feel the same way after driving it for a while.

Here are some pics, but I don't know how to do a sound clip

Because one of my local WRX tuners had one is stock & worked out an awesome deal with the trade of my GReddy SP2.
