HKS blow-off Valve Problem. need help

I'm having problems with my my car because of the HKS-BOV.
I recently installed my HKS-BOV bout a month ago, My car bogs out on me. Everytime I switch gear to neutral to slow down my RPM jumps all the way down to 0 and then jumps back up again to regain power. Sometime when I slow down on the highway and then switch from a gear to nuetral, the car dies on me, I usually have to restart the car while the car is still moving on the highway, It just scares me sometimes. What can I do to my BOV to avoid this problem? thanks

Is the spring to loose and causing air to vent all the time? do you have any problems keeping full boost? I would also try sticking your stock one back on just to see if its actually the BOV that is causing the problems, maybe you knocked something when you installed it. I have an HKS, haven't had it long, but I have had no issues with it.

I put the stock BOV back in the car it was fine, when I put it back in it stated doing it again. I think I have to adjust the screw on the BOV to adjust the pressure but I'm not sure which way I should twist it.
