Whats up i want to put an exhaust and an intake on my 06 wrx, but i will be using it as a daily driver. i want to do an hks full exhaust w/ headers and maybe a perrin intake. i wanted to know if that would be a good set up or if there was a better set up. i mainly looking for noise and drivability and most hp gain. Also how bad is it to run a BOV on a stock set up with an exhaust and intake
Thanks |

don't worry about headers.. it'll make your car sound like sh!t. turbo back exhaust is
BOV is a no go... if you want the sound get an intake... if you don't understand this is use the search button up top. Intakes.. only use Cobb SF, SPT Short Ram, K&N Typhoon Short Ram, or APS. |

A turbo back will give you the most gain. From what I've seen, headers will shift the HP curve to the right, meaning you'd be picking up a few extra HP on the top end.
BOV=no, I've got the forge and the GDB blow off valves and after trying them both I am back to stock. As for the intake I thinks perin only makes the 'big maf' model which usually requires a retune. I would stick with cobb or SPT.
