I live in city. Well.. near city. thnx a lot tho.
I'm thinking about getting a turboxs BOV..either the H or the RFL, and i don't totally understand the adapter kits. If i buy just the valve and the stuff it comes with, would I also need one of the adapter kits? i saw a picture and it looks like it has some plate to attach on and tubing..is all of this necessary or can i just buy the valve and what comes with it and that's all i need..also it talks about welding but i can get that taken care of..thanks

If you want a direct bolt on, then buy the adapter. If not dont. I have no idea why you wouldnt though. Buy the adapter

thanks for the help..but i don't really want to spend 36 or 37 bucks on something i could do at home. my best friend is a carpenter/electrician and has any supply i could possibly need to get it set up...saves me a little money i can put towards something else (i'm on a pretty tight budget)..also doesn't the BOV come with an aluminum or steel welding plate so you can just weld it on instead of bolting it?

Not sure about the welding plate but I dont see how your gonna weld the blow off valve to the stock intercooler. There is no point.

i just got the RFL last week, trust me, you want the adapter. the only reason you would not want it is if you have a front mount and a different upper intercooler pipe. but otherwise spend the extra cash. it took me 15 minutes to install, and that was taking my time. without it i can honestly say you will be there for hours upon hours. reason being the adapter sits flush over the bracket that is an odd D shape. there is no way you would want to go welding anything onto this plate. but if you did you would have to weld a piece on there and then attach the b.o.v. and you would always see the bracket underneath. that is just my opinion though. hope that helps.
