I'd just like to say thank you for taking the time to post that.
It says "Reciprocating Valve Kit WRX 02-07" on the white cardboard box that GReddy sent. It is a polished Aluminum return pipe and flange fitting with two silicone hose attachments.
The vocabulary is not nearly as important as the pressure return in the system. The pluggin of the stock return pipe typically associated with installation of a blow-off valve on a stock WRX typically starves the turbo and cause surges or worse.
Nice saw. I wondered why you flame posts here so often, I guess having a reciprocating saw engine in a WRX would make me police the BOV thread for new Impreza owners with simple questions so that I could flame them and their helpers...
Why aren't you running a CNC and making BPVs? Is refilling the fuel tank for that saw 6 times on the way to work keeping you home during the day?
Just kidding, bro...
I get ya... pretty funny to see a saw on here.
dude, it *was* funny
reciprocation - alternating back-and-forth movement
recirculation - a condition in which a portion of discharge air re-enters the air inlets along with the fresh air
damned chinese/japanese-to-engrish translations...It says "Reciprocating Valve Kit WRX 02-07" on the white cardboard box that GReddy sent

v.intr.1. To move back and forth alternately.

3. To make a return for something given or done.

There is nothing wrong with using upgraded valves.Full recirculating,50/50 or even 100% atmospheric. The problem comes from not knowing/understanding the pro's and cons or that the 50/50 and full VTA's will/could require actual tuning/setting/adjustment.They are not always "bolt on and go" and 75% of the people that buy these valves (not the fully recirculating) have a drivability issue due to not understanding the product they are buying.

I guess so... I could care less how well they type or speak English... I just didn't want to have a big chunk of metal flying off the front of my intercooler, and when I was getting into supporting my turbo, this was the first obvious mod, it operates like stock, but can support 50PSI (stock BPV is rated to 24PSI).
I took out the helper spring... it really is silent (to be fair, I have an SRI, and the whole mech is LOUD)
I would rather be corrected by someone in a rude manner than killed by a polite mechanic with no skill.
