    Help with Turbo xs RFL BOV

    I just got my RFL instaled and have some questions about it. first off the engine will almost die out sometimes when i come to a stop. ive heard you need washers or something but this one screwes back and forth so dunno about the washer thing. any other ideas. iam about to just take it off and sell the damn thing lol. thanks for any help

    ^ thats the best advice anyone can give you....

    Many atmospheric bov's have these problems....there should have been washers w/ the bov....disconnect the vacuum on top, unscrew the cap, look inside....there should be ~4 washers(spacers) inside for proper operation between the cap & the spring...possibly more if you're running higher than stock boost....

    Which BOV do people recommend?

    Hey not sure on what Blow Off Valve i want does anyone recommend a type of BOV? Just wondering on what most people get for there wrx.?

    a BOV isn't supposed to be loud, its supposed to release the pressure in your intake after throttle lift.
