very very funny guys. thanks to those that do reply with a logical answer, and no joking around. I wouldn't even waste my time if I was posting to just make a joke. Doesn't make sense to me. Anywho, it sounds like the RFL is not a reliable at the Forge, but the Forge isn't as loud as the RFL, which I don't really the loudest BOV on the market. I just want a nice clean pssssshhh.

the turboXS RFL-H BOV is great sounding. u just gotta shim it with the washers they give you. i have been told that 4 is good for this particular BOV. STi's need like 7 or so!

so the RFL is just as safe and easy to maintain as the forge?...yes the RFL you just mess with washers, i heard 2 or 3 is good for the wrx, and the forge you mess around with springs

    Question Boost Limiter???

I'm pretty new to the whole WRX thing (just got myself a 2002). The car has the 2.5L from the STi instead of the stock 2.0 thanks to its previous owner. My question is why when I get into high boost does my car start to turn itself off? I'm thinking the car computer detects too much boost for what it was originally intended so it tries to turn itself off or something like that. Now I may be way wrong and if so please correct me, but if I am right can someone tell me how to fix it?

And you seem to be someone that prefers a sound over a well running vehicle.
