Turbosmart has lifetime warranty on their products. Talk to the mfg (not the sales/distributors) to see if they can help you out. From what I hear, recirculation has fluttering noises more often than atmospheric bov's. I am guessing that your spring tension is somehow messed up. If you don't like your bov, I'll take it off your hands for you if you'd want. Email me & we can work out a price.

you may have kinked the signal line so that the BOV isn't getting a good enough signal, causing it to flutter. This is a common thing. People pinch or kink the signal hose (the thin one) when the put the stuff back together because they either aren't paying attention, or decided not to but the necessary cable ties...some valves are just too big and won't fit right with the stock vaccum line.

Just use the stock valve. Better for your car, eaiser on you.

the fluttering is your wastegate you need to have it ported and polished.

not with stock exhaust. You can't hear your wategate with a stock downpipe. Also, porting your wastegate will do absolutely nothing for you except make your boost spike and creep unless you get aftermarket EM...and porting your stock turbo is just a waste of money.

didnt know he was still on stock downpipe. And porting and polishing gets rid of boost creep and spike not creates it. Why do you think you have to port and polish a vf39 on a 2 liter because it will creep if you dont.

I emailed Deadbolt about this (for a VF34) and was told that porting a VF34 for a on a 2.0L motor is not recommended because it will cause creep. The 2.0L doesn't produce enough gas to need a larger WG. on a 2.5L, it WOULD help. Although on a stock turbo with stock boost control, you should NOT have ANY boost issues at all. They come that way from the factory, and don't spike or creep unless you've got a kink on your vaccum line or some other problem with boost control.

there's gotta be a ninja here with the answer..... recirc? how do you hook it up? i got my hks bov hooked up, but i got 2 hoses left i believe are for the recirc...
