If your idle dips after it blows off, you should put another washer in. I eventually ran with five or six in mine and it worked fine. Hardly and backfires either.
Why isnt your Vac line hooked up too the BOV try that in the picture it looks like its not connected causing it to bog down or not even start you need that vac line![]()
That was his question, why is the fitting on the opposite side. I'm not familiar with that BOV so i don't know if it's supposed to be like that but is it possible to pull the line to the other side? Seems like it would reach the other side.Originally Posted by WeakTec

Is it "envy", or are they just laughing at you for being stupid!Originally Posted by 400HPClubWRX
Stacking up that many washers will fix the idle drop, but cause a small compressor surge on the top end. There is no happy medium with a 100% BOV on a WRX.Originally Posted by rickyh
Yeah I picked up a HKS SSQV and the 1st day I hated it.. After a week I loved it.. But I found myself running high boost to get it to go off.. Then about two weeks after that I found myself running low boost so it wouldn't go off.. It didn't take long before it was on ebay.![]()

I had the RFL for a month, it anoyed the hell out of me so I switched it out for a worxtuning
