Eli....it's better than he bumped this old thread than started a new one. Ideally, we'd only have one Type-h thread with everything you'd ever want to know.

I have 3 washers in mine and its doing alright now. I had 2 in there and when i would put the clutch in coming up to a light, it would die down to 100 rpm and almost die. With 3 in there it doesn't do that much anymore.

The Blitz SUS is a short ram intake, and one of the few intakes that has been dyno proven to give the WRX increased horsepower. If you get one, you will definitely be able to hear your stock bypass valve. You will also hear increase turbo noise. I'd definitely recommend this over a BOV.

EDIT: The installation is very simple and straight forward, as well. If I remember correctly, you have to undo one clamp, take out one bolt and undo two screws. Then you reassemble in opposite order.

the air that was suppose to back into the intake is let out. when it goes back into the intake feul is added to it. so when you shift you run a little rich. i guess it causes stumbling problems with most people or something. search and you will understand alot better than my explanation.

It already put a chip in the blow-off valve and is extremely aggrivating to know that it is rubbing. Should I buy another valve or...? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
If you're able to move it from the flange and twist it to a different angle, then it would be awesome. However, I don't have one to play around with. I've played around with other BOV's where you can take off the top portion that is connected to the horn and you can twist it.

Don't know if this will help.
