When you order, talk to Mike and let him know Scott Speer with Faction Racing recommended their BOV to you. You might be able to get a discount! I also just ordered their cat back exhaust and grounding harness. Mike owns an STi, which is one of the reaons I order from these guys, as they try it out on their own cars first!

My HKS SS BOV doesn't blow?

    Hi all,
My HKS bov is not blowing off on partial throttle. The insert is not opening when I let off gas so it makes flutter sound in my Greddy IC pipe. I loosend spring tension adjustment bolt all the way out so it's pretty soft now but still not blowing. All the excessive pressure is going back to the turbo so I'm kinda scare. What do I have to check? How can I take apart this bov. Mine is welded on IC pipe. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

did you hook up all the little vaccum lines.....its nearly impossible to put the blow off valve on backwards(i did this on my friends porsche and it had similar consequences

read the instructions and play around with the adjustments

Actually my bov vacuum hose connector(small metal tube) was came off few weeks ago and I pushed it back to the bov. Today I called HKS USA and they said that's the problem. Even if I pushed it back to the bov, it could be leaking. How can I fix this? Is the super glue or some types of sealant working? I have no idea

If your saying the tube came off, then your gonna need a completely new BOV. Superglue wont hold and you probably wont be able to repair it. Maybe HKS will replace the BOV for you.

HKS said that they can not replace it because I'm the second owner.
    What about welding it? Anyone?
