    Turbo Smart Bov

    Anyone hear any good or bad about these ? It doesnt vent into the atmosphere it supposed to plunge air back in ?? Make sense ?I now have it and it is very quiet and thats ok but Im wondering if its quality ?. thanks

    A friend of mine is using it on a for his t66 rx7. It works great for him.

    Its soo quite though. You cannot even hear it unless your wot.

    I've had many problems with Turbosmart products. THey are cheap but they are. . . .well. . . . cheap. I have not seen their BOV though.

    The price sure wasnt cheap...I paid like $230. IT looks diesel but are you saying its no good ?

    The reason it's so quiet is probably because it serves the same function as stock. It recirculates.

    hey I just put the stocker in a vise and crushed the top on it to increase the spring pressure in the unit . this will allow you to hold more boost than before with the stock unit. and I did not completly crush the top just a little bit.

    i have one blue is the 50/50 not loud at all unless you make 100% atmos.... i will not call it cheap 245.00 is by far not cheap,
    also the have a 8 sec civic runing this bov 65psi of boost is not cheap built.
    here is pic side by side with the garbage (4.5 moths later it stop working for no reazon) hks ssq:

    Blitz Bov Flange

    Is it possible to buy just the wrx flange kit for the blitz BOV? Like if you have the universal BOV and you just need the thing to make it work on a wrx.

    If you know please direct me.

    BOV Fitment problem

    I installed a Turbosmart Dual Port blow-off valve on my car the other day. I had zero install problems, except that when I lower the hood, the top of the valve is semi-covered by the rubber that creates a seal around the intercooler. It already put a chip in the blow-off valve and is extremely aggrivating to know that it is rubbing. Should I buy another valve or...? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
