    Exhaust Troubles

My o2 wrx has an MRT TBE. The downpipe was damaged during an
event on the highway when I had no choice but to run some debris
over on the road. To my amasement there was no superficial damage to the
car; however upon close inspection of the undercarriage I noticed my downpipe was smushed. It went from 3' round to about an inch and concave on the bottom. Is there any way to repair this, does a muffler shop do that? I would rather repair it then spend another 700 for the part.

downpipes are not 700 dollars. If you want a new one you should be able to get one for 75-100 bucks.

I doubt anyone can save it, if it's close to the outlet they maybe able to work it back out. But if it's near the bend or on the bend there is no way to get anything that far into the tube to push it back out.

What DP is 700 bucks? You can usually find a whole TBE for around 1200 new and less used. I dont even think the cobb dp is 700.
