Looking for the best 18g for 06' wrx

    I'm looking for the best 18g turbo for a 06 2.5 wrx.

From a extensive search, seems like blouch and fp are the best choices. Just wondering is the TD05H-18G turbo from blouch identical to the fp 16g with the 18g 605 cfm compressor wheel? If not any pros and cons..
Is it true that blouch turbos come ported on both sides, and is the 95$ porting fp offers both sides or just the hot side?
I know both have all neccesary coolant lines included, but is anything else availible? (oil feed lines/coating). Please help me find the ultimate 18g turbo because I'll have this baby shipped to Ukraine, and I want to make sure it comes as good as it gets.

Any ideas on the best 18g?
Currently have a blitz nur-r mated to a catless blitz bellmouth dp (not a single instance of boost creep w/ daily WOT runs in all gears; max boost 1.05 bar), typhoon ccai, suspension mods.
Planning STi tmic, wrapped vibrant headers/uppipe combo, 18g, ecutek custom-tune.

    Thanks in advance.
    Alex

    Blouch makes Deadbolts turbos.

I run a DB TD05H-20G, I recommend the TD06H for the 2.5L engine. All 18Gs compressors flow similarly. Its the 05H hotside thats going to choke you...

lol, that shouldnt even be a recommendation...that should be a must...you cant run the td05H on the 2.5 L engine...that turbo would get you know where...definitely get the td06h...which performs roughly the same as the td05h does on 2.0 l engines.

I wouldn't say you couldn't, it'd be ****ing nasty on an AutoX course....but yeh, even the 05H wheel chokes on a free flowing 2.0L, it'll surely choke on the 2.5L....

I ain't looking forward to maxing out a 20g turbo (don't want to stress the engine), therefore a 18g will be pushing similair numbers but better response and less lag. Don't want to mess with the fuel system too...

Anyway an 18g is WAY better than the stock td04...

300-325 on pump. It can do more but that is average. For 400whp you will need a green, red, or gt35r. And new gears.
