Nameless axelback and cobb catted downpipe?

Hi guys, I'm just wondering if I were to buy the nameless muffler delete axelback exhaust and a cobb catted downpipe would the downpipe bolt on to the stock midpipe? If I remember correctly the stock midpipe size is 2.5in on a 2010 wrx and the cobb downpipe is 3in. Also would I be able to just use the stage 2 tune off the accessport with the cobb catted downpipe and nameless axelback? Thanks!

Yes; Cobb's DP is matted to work with the factory midpipe (and midpipes larger than the 2.5" diameter), just remember to use your stock donut gasket. You may need a new one, and the average price is under $20. I am currently running a Grimmspeed Downpipe with my stock midpipe (had to get the adapter) with a Nameless track pipe, so it's very similar to the set up your inquiring about. perfect amount of volume without the drone. Good luck!

I went with a CNT catted downpipe and so far so good.

He doesn't need the adapter. Cobb's DP tapers down to 2.5

    Perfect even better.
Well just in case another catted downpipe was chosen and the stock or SPT exhaust was used you may want to pick up the 3 to 2.5 adapter
