    Accessport stage 1 - better gas mileage?

    Wondering if the stage 1 tune gets better gas mileage than stock. If so what improvements have you guys seen?

    Interested in an AP for a 2015 WRX.

    I saw an improvement in fuel economy when going from stock to tuned.. probably mainly because I didn't have to press the gas as hard to go the same speed. If you drive your car harder after the tune, then I would expect fuel economy to decrease. It's all in how you use the pedal.

    I also saw a slight increase in fuel economy. Nothing earth-shattering, but it certainly doesn't hurt it.

    Stock and OTS maps are generic - you will probably want a custom tune to get the best performance and MPG combo from your vehicle. In my location the Cobb maps make the MPG worse.

    I saw absolutely no different from stock to stage 1. Drove stage 1 for like 4 months. But definitely saw a few MPGs decrease going to stage 2 recently.
