I have a 2004 Subaru WRX wagon. I was wondering if I could put a Garrett GT 37 turbo in it. If I can what modifications will have to do?

You could.. you would need a rotated turbo kit, built engine, decked out fuel system.. pretty much all of the mods. How specific of an answer are you looking for? To make it all work properly you'll end up needing probably $14,000 in parts.
