Did you cousin sell it to you because it wasn't running right, or what? I hate to say this, but from the looks of it he bought some of the crappiest junk out there and put it on the car with no concern to how it actually ran. Nearly all of the mods you've listed so far are literally the cheapest crap you can find. No way he spent $30k on mods.. looks more like about $3k, nearly all of which are downgrades from the stock parts.

What kind of budget do you have to get this thing fixed up? I would not drive it hard at all until you get everything fixed. Hopefully the engine isn't too messed up yet.

I would like to see a screen shot of learning view. It may not be boosting because the ECU has gone into limp mode to keep the engine from blowing up. Do you have any way to communicate with the ECU?

You can data log with RomRaider.. but I would want to see Learning View first. It's free, all you need is the Trctrix cable.

What is controlling boost? The stock BCS should be under that black plate behind the intake. I don't think it is in use? Is there a manual boost controller? If you don't know, follow the vacuum lines between the turbo and the waste gate actuator.

Where can I get the trctrix cable? And would I need an open port for it?

The BCS is a common cause for this type of issue with boosting. When it stops working , it doesn't bleed pressure off, which keeps the wastegate open after spring pressure is hit.

Unless you have the hardware and understanding to retune your boost tables to account for an aftermarket unit, stock...

If you search around there are some things you can do to try to test it before you put money on it.

A log really helps with these decisions too.
