    Need some advice

Hey I need some advice... I got a pro tune with my 05 Rex with stock turbo. When I drove it home I noticed in 4th I hit 19.30 psi on my boost with a stock tubro. Isn't that a little much for a tdo4 tubro?

    What are you modifications? Tune?

    I can tune a TD04 EJ205 to 26 PSI with supporting mods.

It could be just fine, as long as that's pretty close to the target the tuner set.. and if they knew what they were doing.

I only have catless uppipe catless downpipe catback bigger fuel pump and boost controller. I just don't want to loose my tubro from boosting to high.

I wouldn't worry about the turbo, like Zax said, it can boost to ~2.75 atmospheres (26psi) with around 70% efficiency depending on the VE of the engine it's on.

I would be more concerned about the engine if the tune isn't set up for that amount of boost. What are your peak boost targets in your tune? Are you experiencing any knock?

No they didn't tell me to expect any nocking haha the tuner upgraded to fuel pump I'm guessing to support the boost ? And the tunner didn't inform me on what to expect for peak boost.

If you're worried, and don't have any way to look at your tune or log, call your tuner.
