    Need an exhaust!!

I am new to the world of WRX's! I just got my 2012 WRX hatch and the first thing I notice is that it needs a new exhaust because is just to quiet. Anyone have any ideas on an exhaust that is loud enough to be cool but not loud enough to be tiring since it's a daily driver! Any suggestions are appreciated!

Please try and name a few! Videos are greatly appreciated as well!

Lots of people get the Q300. I love my N1 Race Single exit, sounds the same, lighter weight and i think it looks bad @$$! theres tons on youtube.
2013 WRX sedan - MODS = pretty much every bolt on besides a bigger turbo.

Is your N1 catback or Catless? I've heard some Catless N's on YouTube and I've pretty much fallen in love😃

The N1 is much louder than the Q300. I have the Q300 catback with the invidia catted downpipe and the sound is amazing. Not too loud, but loud enough, and the look is awesome. I was never a fan of the huge single tip exhaust like the N1 on the GR body style. I wanted to keep the quad tip, clean look. The Q300 performs and looks awesome!

I dont, but I have plenty of pics lol. Youtube distorts sound a little bit unless you have some really high quality speakers. But trust me, sound is simply the best! IMO of course.

The Q300 catback can be had for around 900 new, maybe a little cheaper if you look around. If you want the titanium blue exhaust tips its a little more. If you want to go stage 2, you will need a catted downpipe (from invidia is about 500 bucks), and a cobb accessport to flash the stage 2 map, which is 650. There are other little odds and ends you will need like the turbo to downpipe gasket, a new turbo heat shield (or you can custom cut your stock one to fit)

Also, if you have the extra cash, look into the AEM cold air intake. Cobb supports the AEM cai's on their maps and your car will benefit from an intake at stage 2 levels. I think the intake runs around 250 or so, and the stage 2 map for the AEM intake can be downloaded for free directly from cobbs website.

I had roughly about 2100-2200 hundred wrapped up in my stage 2 stuff if that helps give you a ballpark figure at what you are looking at.

Honestly, I know alot of people complain about the exhaust drone on the hatch's, but I would say little to none. I have only noticed one time and that crusing on the interstate with my cruise set to 65-70 mph. But it wasnt that loud or annoying, and that was the first and last time I have heard it. But i also dont do alot of highway driving.
