problem installing Perrin TMIC on 2012 WRX.

Recently purchased a Perrin TMIC and seemed to have a difficult time getting the longer aftermarket throttle body hose to stay on while trying to put the intercooler in place. Has anyone else had this problem and know of a way to solve this problem?? Now I've seen something about having to change the position of the turbo, but I've never done this before and don't want to mess anything up, so does that actually help doing it and should I take it to someone to have them turn it instead of me??

Have you contacted either the vendor your purchased the TMIC from or the manufacturer? When you purchase a part, you're not only paying for the part itself, but support afterwards...

did another hose come with the TMIC? I replaced my factory TB hose and it was a longer one. It was a pain but it did work.

I had to remove the metal bracket from the intake manifold. Attach the bracket back to the stock intercooler attach the turbo bolts pull the top of the intercooler closer to the front of the bumper to get the bolts threaded so that my longer hose will fit.
