    Pro tune with a intake

I have a catless turbo back catless uppipe and I want to get a pro tune if I added a cobb intake so my mix would the pro tune be able to pull more power out of my car?

Likely, yes. However I'd be surprised if the intake made any difference in and of itself -- that is, you could probably see very similar output with the existing intake by hiring a competent person to generate a new map, and save the $ you'd have spent on the intake.

The protune will make more power regardless.

The motor will be better overall and make more power with a custom tune compared to no tune (which would be very dangerous assuming you have an '05) or compared to a canned map.

On an older GD, not likely to get much power out of just having the intake alone...they are more or less just noise makers until you're getting into the turbo-swap range.
