    downpipe tune or no?

    hey guy i was wondering if anyone can help me answer this. i have a 05 wrx and im getting a catless down pipe but sticking with the stock exhaust do i need to get a tune? any input wound be appreciated

    I know on the 11's you do, i'm pretty sure you do too.

    For a downpipe, yes you need a tune.

    Yes you will need a tune for the downpipe. If you were getting just a CBE and leaving the downpipe stock you would not need a tune.

    I would get a tune regardless. Still can't believe how bad the stock tune really was. That and get a catless uppipe (if you don't have one already).

    Yes you need a tune for a aftermarket downpipe.

    No you don't need a accessport you can just get a open source tune meaning you're not using a AP.
